Barbara is happiest in wild open spaces and on deserted beaches and her work reflects this

Bio

Barbara loves ‘escaping from life’s rich tapestry’ through creativity, She finds this ‘escape’ and opportunity to explore her creative gifts an essential ‘safety valve’ in life.

She loves to experiment and become a child again and her philosophy in art is expressed in the following: ‘She knows not where she’s going, the ocean will decide. It’s not the destination it’s the glory of the ride.’

Barbara is happiest in wild open spaces and on deserted beaches and her work reflects her love of the great outdoors, much of it expressing the beauty of the landscape in a semi abstract way.

Barbara will be exhibiting her atmospheric paintings as part of the Visual Arts Group for the first time this year in the Atrium of the ArtsHouse.

If you would like to see more of Barbara’s work she will be exhibiting at:

The Courtyard Gallery.

Stratford Garden Centre,

Campden Road,
