Nadège Honey

Colourful, bold and quirky jewellery

Nadège Honey creates colourful jewellery in polymer clay from her studio in Northampton.

Fascinated by colour and drawn to strong patterns and classic designs of the mid-century and Deco periods in particular, these elements are often echoed in her work.

Sketching a new design and mixing the clay to obtain the exact shade she is after, are two of Nadège’s favourite steps in the process of creating her jewellery.

She makes every single piece by hand so no two can ever be the same.

She likes to convey emotion in her work, which was the idea behind her Dot & Dash Collection (using Morse code she created a line of jewellery with meaning – literally!).

Nadège has had some training in silversmithing but is self-taught when it comes to polymer clay.

She is a member of the Northamptonshire Guild of Designers Craftsmen.

She sells her work through shops and galleries around the country and has exhibited both in England and in Sweden.
