Escape Arts’ stunning Grade II listed Heritage and Art Centre is the perfect place to visit during the event. Pop Art Pets

Saturday 1stJune 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Inspired by the Discover Gather Give support  for the charity ‘Shakespeares’ Puppies’ we are hosting a family friendly drop- in workshop during the afternoon. No need to book, just turn up, and recreate your pet in the style of Lichtenstein or Warhol. The sessions are free of charge although we do appreciate small donations to our charity.

Garden Hens. A Ceramic Day Workshop led by artist Ros Ingram

Sunday 2ndJune 10.30am – 3.30pm   £65

Back due to popular demand! – We will be working once again with ceramic artist Ros Ingram to create terracotta garden hens. Using hand built techniques,  she will guide you through the process enabling you to form your very own feathered friend which can then be decorated using coloured slips. The finished pieces will be returned after being dried out and fired. Booking is essential, as places are deliberately kept low to enhance the learner experience and Ros is always a popular visiting artist. Please visit www.eventbrite.co.ukto book your place and Escape Arts’ Terms and Conditions can be found on our website www.escapearts.org.uk
